Sample R&D and Testing

Sample Machine Manufacturing

Manufacture prototypes according to the design scheme and strictly monitor process data during production. Processes are traceable.

Performance Testing

Test indicators such as the motor's magnetic field, electrical characteristics, and dimensions. After the sample passes the test, we will provide the Sample Test Report and support on-site re-inspection by the user. If adjustments are needed, we will issue an optimization plan within 48 hours until it meets the standards.

Mass Production Quality Control

Mass Production Preparation

After the sample is approved, we complete the mass production planning in accordance with the APQP process. This includes procuring raw materials, adjusting production equipment, optimizing process flows, and formulating production and quality control plans. We ensure the quality of raw materials, the reliability of production equipment, and the consistency of processes. We provide small-batch verification services to facilitate customers' application testing or random inspection before large-scale production.

Quality Inspection Standards Synchronization

Clarify the inspection items, frequency and judgment criteria for each process. For example, in the winding process, 1 piece is sampled for insulation resistance test every 20 pieces; in the machining process, 100% inspection is conducted on the first piece, sampling inspection is conducted on intermediate pieces (3 pieces sampled every 50 pieces), and re-inspection is conducted on the last piece. At the same time, a paper inspection report is issued, including performance parameters, test data and qualification certificate, to ensure the consistency between mass-produced products and samples.

Packaging and Shipping

We are well aware of the precision and importance of custom motors. We strictly control transportation risks throughout the entire process from delivery to arrival, ensuring that every piece of equipment reaches you safely. In terms of transportation protection, a "double-layer customized protection" scheme is adopted. Buffer structures are independently designed based on the size and weight of the motor. High-density pearl cotton closely fits the contour of the equipment to prevent component displacement or scratches caused by transportation jolts. At the same time, it has excellent moisture-proof performance, adapting to different transportation environments.
